Can I modify or cancel my order?

Please contact us immediately if you need to modify or cancel your order. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot make changes, but you can return it according to our return policy.

Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take to receive my order?

Processing time is between 2-7 days as each item is embroidered and customized for you. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. We will work to get your item created and shipped as fast as possible.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within the United States. International shipping may be available in the future.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package's progress.

Products & Customization

Can I customize my order?

Yes! Many of our products can be customized. Look for customization options on the product page, or contact us for special requests.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

We're sorry if that happens! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage, and we'll send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
