Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange if it has NOT been customized. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Any CUSTOMIZED items are final sale and not returnable.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact us at gooddogthreadco@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
